The term “Vital force” was first coined around two centuries ago by Swedish chemist Jöns Jacob Berzelius in 1815. Later in the homeopathic system of medicines, Dr Hahnemann adopted this term and further elaborate it in his book; Organon (Aphorism 9). Continue reading “Vital Force – generation and utilisation”
Lack of concentration, impulsivity, fidgety, forgetfulness and daydreaming sometimes are normal traits in the behaviour of a child but these can also be attributed to a health problem when these signs start occurring more than normal in the behaviour of a young child. The clinical diagnosis for such symptoms is called Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), sometimes known as Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD).
There is a long list of diagnosis with fancy medical terms like Neurodevelopmental Disorder (ND), Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD), specific developmental delay, tic disorder or hyperkinetic syndrome of childhood, and emotion Disturbance (ED), but the bottom line is all these medical terms points towards the malfunction of a person’s neurology. Homeopathy was introduced over two centuries ago by the German physician Samuel Hahnemann. He developed homeopathy because, in his view, contemporary methods of medicine were inhumane. He based his technology on the principle that ill-health could be relieved by the administration of highly diluted substances that, when administered to healthy subjects at either pharmacologically active concentrations or in a highly diluted form, would induce symptoms similar to the disorder being treated. What he did not realise at the time though was that he had developed a safer way of relieving the suffering that involved an interactive process with DNA, the genetic blueprint. Everybody Should Know the Basics.
Uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in the body is called cancer (or neoplasia). These cells are called neoplastic cells. Neoplastic cells when collectively form a mass of recognisable size is called a tumour. Every tumour is not cancerous. Tumours can be benign or malignant. A cancer is in fact a malignant tumour (neoplasm). Continue reading “CANCER – Neoplasia”
Baldness is a universal problem of rich and poor, old and young. This is a common problem of male and female. So far it was considered that baldness is due to a genetic disorder, or due to autoimmune (when your immune system goes against yourself) issues. If a father is bald then his offspring will share the same fate. But new research is emerging in this field which suggests a totally different scenario and treatment option. What is Homocysteine (HCY)?
Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase is an enzyme that is encoded by the gene MTHFR. The MTHFR gene product plays an important role in the conversion of 5,10-methylenetetrahydrofolate to 5-methyltetrahydrofolate. This conversion reaction, which requires adequate intake of vitamin B12 and folate, is required for the multistep process that converts the amino acid homocysteine back to another amino acid, methionine. SSHD remedies; simpler yet potent addition to homeopathic practice.
The homeopathic health care system was established over 200 years ago. Although it may be difficult to determine the efficacy of homeopathic remediation because it was originally developed to treat patients on an individual basis, yet its success is reflected by its gain in popularity on a global scale since its inception.
